Zofia Berlikowska - teacher, trainer, master of physical education, graduate of the University of Zielona Góra at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Pilates Core TM Stability instructor, trampoline jumping instructor and enthusiast of various forms of movement and training.
For many years she has been training sports acrobatics - jumping on a springboard. She was a member of the National Senior Team. Multiple gold medalist of the Polish Junior and Senior Championships in individual, synchronous and team jumps. She has won many medals at the Polish Championships and National Cups of tournaments. She represented the country in the international arena.
Currently, she works as a trainer and teacher, trying to convey to others her love for broadly understood physical activity and faith in her abilities.
She has always dreamed of dancing, but due to many years of dedication to acrobatics, she was unable to do so. Only joining the Dance Theater Studio in Zielona Góra, as an apprentice, opened the door to the beautiful world of self-expression, emotions and feelings through movement-dance. The classes helped her free herself from the usual movement patterns and open herself to a new beautiful path to improvisation and playing with movement. She participated in classes conducted by such teachers as Natalia Iwaniec, Marion Sparber and Alan Fuentes-Guerra (Germany)
Thanks to the art of dance, her world swirled and there was a place in it to combine the known with the unknown, looking for new solutions, not only in dance, but also in professional work.
