Maja Kordek - a certified psychologist, graduate of the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Wrocław, where in 2017 she obtained a master's degree in psychology with a clinical specialization. She uses her education while working with children in the Care and Educational Center in Zielona Góra.
In the near future, she plans to train as a psychotraumatologist. Implementer of the research project "Sexual functioning of socially excluded people". In the future, she would like to become a cognitive-behavioral therapist. Enthusiast of various fields of sport and art, in particular dance, acrobatics and photography.
Since childhood, she has been involved in various forms of dance and sports acrobatics. Multiple winner of national dance festivals and sports competitions. She developed her dancing skills under the watchful eye of Andrzej Gliwa and Piotr Łubiński. Over the next years, she was a dancer in the group "The Toys" by Paulina Glapińska. She gained her experience through regular participation in workshops and dance camps with incl. Magdalena Pawelec, Małgorzata Mielech, Małgorzata Konert, Kazimierz Kopaczyński. At a later stage, she was associated with various forms of sport, i.e. athletics, poledance, boxing, and fitness. Dance and movement have always been a significant means of transmitting thoughts and emotions for her.
After many years of searching, an unusual moment in her perception of art was joining the Dance Theater Studio as an apprentice, where she has been developing since 2018 under the watchful eye of Marek Zadłużny. Particularly interested in contemporary dance and the original language of the Gaga movement - created by Ohad Naharin.
